Eagle Eye has an immediate need for a Project Manager for our growing Battery Monitoring and Reserve Power divisions. Join our project management team and support today’s fast-moving critical power industry. With a focus on the customer experience, this position provides management oversight for all phases of the project, including coordinating employee schedules, materials, and equipment. 

Managing key client projects, the Project Manager will work directly with team members, clients and across departments to ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget and scope. This includes creating timelines, assigning workflow responsibilities, monitoring progress and reporting on the status of each project.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage the project management process and resources in NetSuite (CRM)
  • Coordinate resources for greater execution of projects
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on-time and within budget and scope
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Manage any changes to project scope, schedule and costs with qualified verification
  • Measure project performance using real data and fact-based reporting
  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
  • Delegate project tasks 
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
  • Use and continually develop leadership skills
  • Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience in project management (5+ years preferred)
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to work with limited direct supervision
  • Ability and willingness to learn and grow within the organization 

Job Type:

Full-time (Monday thru Friday)
