    What You’ll Do:

    • Install and commission battery monitoring systems and chargers
    • Add, remove, and replace VLA (Flooded), VRLA, and NiCd batteries
    • Modify working equipment and circuits
    • Prepare and interpret detailed Method of Procedures (MOPs)
    • Perform quality inspections and use electrical tools/test equipment
    • Organize equipment and maintain truck readiness for field deployment
    • Comply with all safety, HAZMAT, and DOT requirements
    • Participate in ongoing training for advancement
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Growth Opportunity:

    This role provides a path to advance into a Lead Field Service Technician position. As a Lead Field Service Technician, you will take on greater responsibilities, including:

    • Leading a group of Field Technician while installing and commissioning battery monitoring systems and chargers.
    • Assisting Service Project Managers in project management planning.
    • Performing battery additions, removals, and replacements.
    • Developing detailed Method of Procedure (MOP) plans.
    • Conducting in-process and final quality inspections.
    • Demonstrating advanced tool and test equipment operations.
    • Staying up-to-date on HAZMAT and DOT safety compliance.
    • Taking ownership of truck and equipment readiness for job sites.
    • Overtime opportunities are available in this role, providing additional earning potential beyond the regular workweek

    What You Bring

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or GED
    • Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
    • Telecom or electrical experience (preferred)
    • Willingness to travel up to 100% of the time

    This position will require potential candidates to travel up to 100% of the week and live close to the international airport.
