Ryan Sberna
Founder, CEO & President
With an education in business management and an entrepreneurial spirit, Ryan spent 17 years in the stationary power industry as a national sales manager before founding Eagle Eye Power Solutions in 2009, along with Co-owner & Strategic Accounts Manager, Luke Walder.
Since that time, Eagle Eye has gone from small beginnings to become the global leader when combining critical power education, solutions and services. In January 2022, Eagle Eye expanded and moved its headquarters to a large facility in Mequon, Wisconsin, complete with an onsite battery learning lab as part of Eagle Eye University headquarters. Eagle Eye also added a services headquarters in 2021, Eagle Eye Services, located in Grain Valley, MO.
Ryan currently oversees all 6 divisions of Eagle Eye: battery monitoring, portables, load banks, gas & ventilation, stationary power, and education & services. He is committed to making its customers, employees and community more powerful and that has remained the passion and focus of Eagle Eye Power Solutions since day one.
Recently, Ryan was a featured speaker at the Milwaukee BizTimes Innovation & Entrepreneurship Forum.

Neil Muttonen
Controller
Neil oversees the company’s financial operations, including accounting, tax compliance, financial reporting, and budget management. With over two decades of experience in accounting and financial management, Neil brings a wealth of expertise in financial strategy, cost control, and process optimization.
Neil joined Eagle Eye Power Solutions in 2020, leveraging his extensive background as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and business owner to streamline financial processes and drive operational efficiency. In addition to his role at Eagle Eye Power Solutions, Neil has run his own successful tax and accounting practice, Neil E Muttonen CPA, since 2002, providing personalized financial services to clients across a wide range of industries.
Before joining Eagle Eye Power Solutions, Neil served as a Property Management Accountant at Briohn Property Management, LLC, where he managed financial operations for commercial properties, including budget planning, expense tracking, and financial statement preparation. He also spent over a decade as the General Manager of Purple Feet Wines, where he handled financial oversight, vendor management, and operational strategy for the business.
Neil holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Wisconsin, with a deep understanding of both corporate and small business financial management.

Brian Jurkiewicz
VP of Sales & Marketing
With a track record of building high-performing sales teams and driving rapid growth, Brian leads Eagle Eye Power Solutions’ sales strategy, strategic marketing initiatives, and product innovation. Over his career, he has scaled organizations with revenue responsibility exceeding $200M, specializing in two-step distribution, manufacturing rep networks, and channel optimization.
Before joining Eagle Eye Power Solutions, Brian held senior roles at Bradley Corporation, where he restructured national sales teams, led multi-division sales growth, and consistently exceeded revenue and profit targets. He also served as a Regional Sales Manager at Matco-Norca, where he managed commercial sales strategy across 12 states, achieving significant year-over-year growth even during challenging market conditions.
In addition to his corporate leadership roles, Brian is the Founder and Managing Partner of Cole Thomas Real Estate, LLC, a full-service real estate firm with a 5-star Zillow rating. He holds a Master’s degree in Data Analytics from the UW-Whitewater College of Business and Economics and a Professional Certificate in Sales Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Brian is known for his strategic vision, data-driven approach, and commitment to building winning sales cultures that drive exceptional customer value and business growth.

Russ Johnston
VP of Operations
Drawing on over three decades of experience, Russ drives Eagle Eye Power Solutions’ supply chain, distribution, and operational strategy. He has earned a reputation for transforming complex supply chains into efficient, high-performance systems that fuel business growth and enhance customer success.
Prior to joining Eagle Eye Power Solutions, Russ held senior roles at JM Ellsworth, Shopbop, and Direct Supply, where he managed multi-million-dollar sourcing programs, developed innovative logistics solutions, and led cross-functional teams to consistently exceed performance targets. At JM Ellsworth, he was responsible for overseeing over 200 suppliers and implementing cost-saving strategies that drove significant margin improvements.
During his tenure at Direct Supply, Russ created a national transportation program that reduced costs by over 50%, generating $12.5 million in savings and $5 million in annual freight margin. He also developed custom warehouse management systems that streamlined operations, reduced staff requirements by 30%, and improved shipping accuracy to over 99%. His work in this role included opening new markets in Canada and Mexico, managing complex cross-border logistics, and negotiating national transportation contracts with top-tier carriers.
Russ holds a background in Business Administration and Management from Northeastern University and is recognized as a strategic thinker and mentor with deep expertise in cost reduction, supplier management, and operational efficiency. He is known for his hands-on leadership style, innovative problem solving, and commitment to building high-performing teams.

David Neubert
Director of Marketing
David leads strategic marketing and brand development efforts, driving growth and brand awareness in the critical power and energy storage markets. With over 20 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, and brand strategy, David has a proven track record of executing integrated campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Before joining Eagle Eye in 2020, David held leadership roles at Trefoil Group, where he served as Director of Digital Services, combining creative and analytical approaches to develop data-driven marketing strategies for B2B and B2C clients. His creative leadership extended through roles as Creative Director and Associate Creative Director, where he developed multi-channel marketing campaigns and crafted compelling narratives to elevate brand positioning.
David’s career also includes significant experience in copywriting and digital content management at Batteries Plus, where he specialized in SEM, SEO, and content strategy for a diverse portfolio of clients. His early career included managing a luxury retail brand, Olive, Fine Organic Living, where he honed his skills in both digital and traditional marketing.
David holds a B.S. in Psychology from Lake Forest College and actively volunteers as Director of Operations for Team Todd, a nonprofit organization that supports children of incarcerated parents.

Jim Rhines
Director of Technology
Responsible for the company’s technology strategy and digital transformation, Jim oversees web and application development, IT infrastructure, data and analytics, ERP management, and cybersecurity. With over 27 years of experience, Jim has crafted digital solutions for industry-leading brands, including Harley-Davidson, Bridgestone/Firestone, GE Healthcare, Master Lock, and SentrySafe.
Jim’s journey with Eagle Eye Power Solutions began long before his full-time role, building and managing the company’s websites in the evenings as a freelancer starting in 2010. His deep understanding of the company’s digital landscape laid the foundation for his current role, where he built Eagle Eye Power Solutions’ Data Warehouse from the ground up, empowering advanced data analytics and business intelligence capabilities. He leads a team of data analysts who deliver critical reporting and actionable insights that drive business growth and operational efficiency. Jim also serves as the primary administrator for Eagle Eye Power Solutions’ ERP system, NetSuite, continuously adjusting and managing the platform to meet the company’s evolving needs. In addition, Jim developed eepowerdistribution.com, the company’s NetSuite-driven e-commerce platform, providing customers with a seamless, data-driven online shopping experience.
Before joining Eagle Eye Power Solutions, Jim held multiple senior roles at Laughlin Constable, where he served as VP-Director of Software Engineering – Front End. There, he led a team of 15 engineers across Chicago and Milwaukee, delivering complex digital projects that increased revenue 1000% for a major automotive client. His leadership extended to project architecture, resource planning, and interactive strategy, consistently delivering on time and beyond client expectations.
Jim’s technical expertise spans a wide range of platforms and programming languages, including ASP.NET MVC, PHP, Java, JavaScript, and CMS platforms like WordPress and Drupal. He has also developed and managed ERP integrations, marketing automation platforms, and interactive voice applications using the Alexa Skills Kit.
Jim holds a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and is a passionate advocate for accessible web design, ensuring digital experiences are inclusive and user-friendly for all audiences.
