Summary of Position
The Product Manager – Load Banks will lead the market-facing ownership and commercial success of our AC and DC load bank product lines, including emerging liquid-cooled load bank solutions.
This role serves as the voice of the customer and market, translating industry needs, competitive insights, and application requirements into product direction, positioning, and lifecycle strategies. The Product Manager will play a critical role in advancing Eagle Eye’s presence in utility and data center markets, supporting both traditional and next-generation testing solutions.
This position partners closely with Product Management leadership, Technical Product Engineering, and external manufacturing partners to drive product success across the full lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Product Lifecycle:
- Lead market-facing ownership of load bank product lines (AC, DC, and liquid-cooled systems)
- Support development and execution of product strategy, value proposition, and roadmap initiatives
- Translate customer needs and industry trends into product requirements and enhancements
Market & Industry Focus:
- Develop strong understanding of applications within utilities, data centers, and critical power environments
- Monitor industry trends related to backup power, commissioning, and system validation
- Maintain competitive intelligence across load bank manufacturers and testing solutions
Sales & Commercial Enablement:
- Support Sales through product training, customer engagement, and strategic opportunities
- Develop and communicate product positioning, particularly for data center commissioning and backup power validation
- Assist in pricing strategy and product line performance
Product Development & Launch Execution:
- Support new product development initiatives, particularly in AC load banks and liquid-cooled solutions
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to align product capabilities with market demand
- Support product launches, training, and go-to-market efforts
Financial & Product Line Support:
- Support forecasting, pipeline visibility, and product performance tracking
- Provide input into business planning and growth initiatives for load bank product lines
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Training:
- Collaborate with Sales, Service, Operations, and Engineering partners
- Support development and delivery of training for internal teams and customers
Scope Clarification:
- This role engages in both commercial and technical discussions, partnering with Technical Product Engineering for deeper technical validation and execution
- Product Managers collaborate with Service and Technical teams on customer issues and product performance
- Focus is on market needs, positioning, and lifecycle direction, supported by strong cross-functional alignment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, Engineering/Marketing or related field experience, MBA is a plus
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Product Management, Sales, or industry-related roles
- Experience with AC or DC load banks at the manufacturing, distribution, or integration level strongly preferred
- Industry experience in utilities, data centers, or critical power environments preferred
- Experience with data center testing and commissioning, including systems such as PDUs, generators, or backup power infrastructure, a plus
Working Conditions:

- Ability to communicate effectively in meetings and customer interactions
- Ability to occasionally lift to 50 lbs.
