The DLV-Pro Data Logging Voltmeter automatically measures and records cell voltages in less than one second, allowing technicians to capture hundreds of readings across a battery string without manually recording each value or push a button. Specific-gravity measurements can also be uploaded directly from the Eagle Eye Power Solutions’ SG-Ultra Digital Battery Hydrometer for a more complete battery testing solution.
Complete Discharge Test Data and Analysis
The DLV-Pro can perform full discharge testing on up to 256 cells, recording up to 11 time-stamped voltage readings per cell along with load-current and hydrometer data. It provides immediate on-site analysis, including threshold reporting, statistics, graphs, and battery and individual cell discharge curves.
Threshold limits can be configured directly on the instrument or through the USB/PC interface. Test data can also be uploaded to a PC using the included Winmeter 5.1 Battery Analysis Software.

What parameters does the DLV-Pro measure?
The standalone tester measures cell voltages ranging from 0-16V. Specific Gravity (SG) readings can be imported to the device and tied to specific voltage readings with use of the Eagle Eye SG-Ultra Max Digital Hydrometer; see the DLV-Max Battery Testing Kit.
How does the Discharge Test functionality work?
During a discharge test, the DLV-Pro Voltmeter can be used to measure up to 11 voltage readings per cell. These readings can be transferred to the software for analyzing and reporting. The unit itself does not perform a discharge; external test equipment such as load bank would be required to produce the load on the battery system.
