Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

Please follow these steps for completing an RMA:

  1. Complete and submit the form for each individual product needing service and/or calibration.
  2. After you complete the form and before submitting, please print the page and verify the accuracy of each entry.
  3. Please include the printed copy of the form with the product when shipping.
  4. An Eagle Eye Power Solutions representative will reach out to you with a case number and shipping instructions.
